Rotary Charity Motor Show 2010

The Fourth running of the Cheshire Motor Show, organised by the Rotary Club of Frodsham and Helsby will be held over the weekend of 14th and 15th August at Frodsham Community Centre (click for directions). Around 4,000 visitors attended the show last year and we are aiming to make it even bigger and better this year. There will be food, fairground and various stalls as well as a fabulous collection of cars and other vehicles.  Saturday is available for set up with the main event taking place on the Sunday from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm.

This years Show has expanded considerably after the success of the first three events, with the very succesful parade around the town now a permanent feature.  The new venue close to the town centre proved an instant hit and has been retained for this year. Following much hard work by our Club's organizers, we were pleased last year to have a greatly increased number of Vehicles entered for the Motor Show and this fine and diverse display was viewed with great interest by around 4000 visitors to the ground.
The day itself, is not restricted to the pure enthusiasts, but Young Families and Children's Organizations are encouraged with free entry for the under 12's along with the provision of Fairground Rides and Attractions. Candy Floss is an ever  popular optional extra for both the kids and the adults.
